  • Does It Come With Any Warrenty?
    All our products are 100% genuine and carefully crafted. We’re pleased to offer free repairs on all purchases for a period of 1 year from the purchase date. For more enquiries please email us at sales@heimu.com.sg
  • Can I Order A Fully Customised Bracelet?
    Yes of course you can. Do let us know your preferences and requirements. So we can custom that special bracelet just for you. If you are interested kindly send us an email to sales@heimu.com.sg
  • How Long Will It Take To Recieve My Order?
    Singapore orders will take about 3-5 working days to be shipped out. For international orders timing may varies, depending on which country you are from. For international shipping, kindly contact us at sales@heimu.com.sg
  • How To Take Care Of My Bracelet?
    We do not advise to wear the bracelet into the shower or when you are engage in active sports or activities. It is ok that it get wet, just remember to wipe it dry. Do be careful to avoid washing it with solvents like soap or detergent. It might chemically react to the gold/silver. Cosmetics, perfume, hairspray and other chemical substances can be corrosive too. When not in use, simply place bracelet back into the box and avoid extreme sunlight and heat.
  • How Do I Clean My Bracelet?
    To clean the bracelet simply wipe it with a clean soft cotton cloth. Do no use any other type of cloth with cleaning solvents on it. It may cause chemical reaction to the stones and metals. If there are oil or dirt, you can clean with a damp cloth. Just remember to wipe it dry thereafter.
  • What If I Change My Mind?
    No worriers! We offer a 14 days exchange from the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new condition, unused and in original packaging. All returned items must include our store receipt as proof of purchase. We will not be able to process any exchange if unable to produce the store receipt. No cash refunds will be made. Customer will need to top up the price difference if the exchanged item is of a higher value. There will be no cash refund for unused balance.
